Power to Care

The Power to Care Utility Assistance Program serves qualified seniors and those with disabilities with utility bill payment assistance if they meet specific criteria. Funding for this program is made possible through donations from utility customers, Entergy New Orleans, and United Way of Greater New Orleans. Entergy New Orleans matches contributions made by Entergy ratepayers and employees.
