Senior Companion Volunteers

The Senior Companion Program of New Orleans uses trained volunteer companions to provide in-home assistance to the elderly and disabled. The volunteers assist with personal care, home management, respite, and other services.

Ombudsman - Long Term Care Visitors

These volunteers initially complete six to eight hours of training and complete another six hours annually.

RSVP Volunteers

The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of New Orleans engages those 55 and older in volunteer services for the New Orleans community and city agencies. Volunteers are provided with tangible benefits  and enriching life experiences.
