Our Services
NOCOA connects older adults and caregivers to programs that support safety, independence, and quality of life.
Our team listens to your situation and connects you to the right mix of services. Many programs are focused on low-income seniors and those most at risk of isolation, hunger, or neglect.
Information & Assistance
Trained staff answer questions about benefits, healthcare, housing, and community resources. We help seniors and caregivers understand options and complete referrals.
Meals on Wheels & Congregate Meals
Home-delivered meals are available for eligible homebound seniors. Congregate meals are served at senior centers and housing sites so older adults can eat together and avoid isolation.
Senior Centers & Activities
Senior centers offer meals, exercise, health education, arts, music, and social events. These programs fight isolation and help seniors stay active and engaged.
Transportation
Transportation may be available for eligible seniors to get to NOCOA centers and other essential appointments when other options are limited.
Homemaker Services
Homemaker services provide light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household chores for seniors who cannot safely do these tasks alone.
Caregiver & Companion Support
Family caregivers can receive information, referrals, and support. Companion programs and friendly visits help reduce loneliness and give caregivers a short break.
