New Orleans Council on Aging

Today, (Tuesday. April 6, 2021) the members of the Junior Girl Scout Troop 40345 joined the staff of the Carrollton Hollygrove Senior Center, and staff Members of the New Orleans Council on Aging at a Grab and Go event at the Center. Grab and Go events are events created during the pandemic to allow seniors to safely pick up a meal. information and other items at the center, while allowing the staff to interact safely with the older adults. While the staff was distributing food, meals and information to the elders, the members of the Junior Girl Scout Troop handed out boxes of cookies to each participant.
